About the Firm

A small firm, built for the long view.

A fountain pen on a sealed legal document

Guardian Law was founded on a simple conviction: the most valuable legal work is rarely the loudest.

We focus on three closely related practices — estate planning, entity creation, and ongoing compliance — because these are the instruments through which families and founders preserve what they have built. They reward patience, judgment, and continuity. They do not reward shortcuts.

Our clients are individuals, couples, business owners, and multi-generational families. Some come to us at the beginning of a venture; others arrive with decades of unaddressed planning. In every case, we begin by listening.

We are deliberately a boutique. You will speak directly with the attorney drafting your documents. Our calendars are protected so that yours can be respected. And our advice is offered with the understanding that it may need to hold up — quietly — for a very long time.
